“The product I wanted, a pond base, which delivered quickly at a good price. I was buying online and there was an issue with the website. I had to phone the company to be sure that this was resolved. Their response was good, the resolution was quick. Nevertheless, it was an extra effort.”

“Postage was quite expensive considering we had to wait 5 days for it to be delivered. The product fell out the box when took it out the packaging, product box needs to be taped up, so product doesn’t get damaged. Hopefully ours isn’t, we haven’t tried it yet!”

“Due to circumstances out of their control, it was 4 weeks until the pond was delivered. However, the delivery guys were great and, with assistance from my builders, were able to get the large (3.66m x 2.41m) pond down a tight path into my garden.”
