“Paid for next day delivery (thurs evening), not posted till Monday! Emailed to say that next day delivery is from when they get the order not when they get around to handling it. Never got a reply and if I had read the Trustpilot reviews ( which I will add to) I would never have used Lincs Aquatics. So wasted £3.99 when I could have got it the next day from Amazon.”

Firstly sorry for the service you received, clearly we let you down! In regards to the comments you have made "Emailed to say that next day delivery is from when they get the order not when they get around to handling it." Looking into your account I can see no communication with you regarding this, so if you have this please could you forward this to me at Contact@Lincsaquatics.co.uk so we can look into this. Next day delivery is processed the same day if ordered before 1:30 pm and then the following day for any orders made after that. There are of course external factors that can delay this, and in most cases, this is communicated to you but I can see this was not the case, so we are sorry about that. Whenever a customer makes an order with a next day delivery upgrade, if we are unable to fulfil this we will refund the additional shipping charges. So the £2.99 upgrade should be refunded back to you in 3 - 5 working days.

Firstly sorry to hear that one of the items you ordered have arrived damaged. Looking into your email ticket I can see you contact us on Wednesday, pictures were sent to us on Thursday and a response was given to this on Friday confirming we have received the images and are currently looking into this. Ideally, we like to deal with issues as quickly as possible! I will chase this up with our technical team! & try and get this sped up for you! :)
