“I appreciated receiving a personal email from Dave at Lincs Aquatics to say that the item I had ordered was currently unavailable due to problems with their computer system, however, I was given the option to either be sent an ex-display version or receive a refund or keep the item on order. I was happy to keep it on order and it has now been safely delivered to my relative as a surprise late Christmas present! She loves the badger! For me, this was very good service with a good outcome.Thank you.”
