“I've given up waiting for my item to be delivered after 4 weeks...apparently, it's in a FedEx delivery depot!! “I placed a small order with Lincs Aquatics and have to say their service has been outstanding. First they checked that I was prepared for a plant in its normal autumn condition ie fairly died off, and offered to send it in spring with new growth. I accepted the current condition, then delivery was delayed by circumstances beyond their control. Communication was excellent throughout and my plant is in good autumnal condition. Would definitely recommend.”
