“My order was placed online on a Sunday and I was issued a confirmation number, but received no email. On the Wednesday, I received a call to advise me that one item wasn’t in stock, and offering me an alternative or a partial refund, which I accepted. Approximately one week later, having not received any confirmation, goods nor refund, I called and spoke with another (senior) staff member. Though he was not able to explain the lack of comm’s, he was able to locate my order, see that the previous discussion had not been fully implemented and complete it. The goods and partial refund were received 2-3 days later. Because of the inexplicable issue with my order, and the fact that I had to chase it, I cannot give 5 stars, but once the issue was raised with them, the way Lincs. Aquatics dealt with my order was excellent, so I can happily recommend them.”

Hello, I have copied our tracking below; Date Ordered: 3rd October 2022, 11:55 pm Dispatch By: 5th October 2022 Delivery Date: 10th October 2022 Date Dispatched: 4th October 2022, 1:08 pm As you can see, we sent the item out on the 4th. This is normally a 48-hour service so should have been with you around the 6th. However, as we are all aware there is currently strike action and delays with Royal Mail which is outside our control.
