“Re order no 5147 - u/v parts for my Filtoclear 11000. In-depth chat with your Scottish Technical man (Arran ??) Totally professional and obviously wholly on the ball about what I needed. All arrived ok and now fitted . I will keep Lincs Aquatics info at the top of my list when it comes to buying for my Koi carp pond and all the accompanying pumps / filters etc it takes to keep my fish happy.Please pass on my sincere thanks to your tech man who got me sorted - 5 Star ! !”
