“I submitted my order on Sunday 26th February, received my order on Friday 3rd March but unfortunately my order was received broken in two places. I rang the store straight away and was advised to send pictures to discuss best next steps. When sending pictures I requested a refund as I’m conscious if a replacement is sent it may also break, though I’m still waiting for confirmation that a refund has been processed.”
