“We were really nervous about getting a tank this big but everything was unbelievably great with them, the tank and stand were delivered by a great chap who was so happy to help. Once set up we found the heater was not going above 22c so one phone call later and a new one was delivered the following day. Great customer service, I would highly recommend. Really love the new tank and can't thank Lincs enough, great job.”

However after 8 days from ordering the product which you had in stock it still hadn't arrived so I phone to find out my order hadn't even been posted and was languishing in your dispatch department.
