“Lincs Aquatics staff - all very friendly However, the product was delivered on the wrong day...luckily two people were here who could help the driver who was on his own, otherwise it would have been impossible to get the tank off the van! Construction of the cabinet was good”

“The three people I dealt for Lincs Aquatics were brilliant. The first one sorted my questions very quickly and found exactly what I was asking for. The second confirmed when the delivery would take place. The driver arrived at 11.30 at night apologising for the late arrival but he was bright and breezy considering the day he must have had. Fortunately, thanks to the app I was able to track my aquarium during the day so I knew it was going to be a late one. Great service and I will be using them again.”

I'm particularly impressed with the communication regarding delivery - I received 2 calls, 1 to arrange a convenient delivery date and another to confirm timing etc. the man who delivered my aquarium cabinet was very courteous and brought it into the house, after asking where I would like it to be put. I cannot fault the service received.”

“Easy order , very good communication about delivery (thank you Mr French), and of course great product. One big problem for me , at the time.due to broken kneecap,Was the kerbside delivery which was exactly that. Man handling,25 yards to door, a 350 litre tank , which was a feat of engineering on my own with disability.”
