“I ordered an aquarium with a cabinet and paid for next day delivery (for a Friday delivery). After waiting in all day, the delivery never appeared. I phoned the next day and got told by a very unhelpful employee that they couldn't do anything. However, I received a return telephone call later on in the day and promised that the aquarium will be with me on the Monday morning (this was a Saturday) and the tracking shows that it should have arrived yesterday. I phoned again on Monday to confirm time of delivery and was informed that the tracking information shows that they should have delivered yesterday? All kinds of excuses were provided, including road closures etc, but they failed to check what road and where I live. Wrong answer. I was promised a delivery between 3 and 5pm. At 16:45 I phoned again for an update and was informed that it was 1 stop away. I asked for the tracking details but they couldn't provide it. I asked them to ask the driver where they were but they didn't know the phone number of the courier or the courier company, despite having just spoken to them?? The aquarium never appeared, I phoned the next morning and demanded that they refund me the full amount including delivery otherwise I was reporting them to trading standards. My money was refunded. I've never dealt with a company that has lied so much to a customer in all my personal or professional life. The excuses and the lies are on another level. I really don't know how they can do it. Quick to take your money, but no products are delivered. DO NOT USE!!”
