“the reason why i gave a poor review is the website said you only had a couple left so I chose it and paid extra for express delivery and did'nt receive it until over a week later. on the plus side when i contacted yourselfs I was told it would be delayed and when it did come it was well packeged.”

“I definitely recommend Lincs Aquatics. They are the only company in the UK that I found that would bring me the aquarium on their own truck, with their own helpful& knowledgeable staff (Postcode dependent I think) . Also they were totally friendly & approachable when I bombarded them with questions & changes to my order! Prices are competitive too. Theres just something special about buying from a smaller store, with real honest staff , rather than Am azon or the likes. Thank you Lincs!”

“Great service , my only complaint is the design. The glass support has a small part in the corner left for filter pipes But the gap is so small . Installing a double filter. Was near impossible . But one filter is fine. Just a small detail as I do like two filters on my tanks incase one fails But yes the delivery was great and the driver helped me get the tank in . Cheers Jeff”
