“I'm a new customer and just ordered my new tank from Lincs Aquatics - Absolutely spot on service - great website, cheapest I found in comparison to same products elsewhere and unreal fast delivery ! I ordered it on the Wednesday and it was Delivered after I finished work on the Thursday ! I will be back for more equipment - particularly interest in plants and fish but not sure if those are delivered. Many Thanks”

Hi Samantha, Thank you for the review! and glad you were happy with the service. We currently do not deliver aquarium plants and fish but we are looking at it in the future. We do have a few stores in Lincolnshire that aren't too far away from you we have one in Bawtry (DN10 6AB) and one in Woodthorpe (LN13 0DD). That would be more than happy to help out with the fish and plants.

“Avoid the online side of this shop. Poor delivery times, terrible communications and can not deliver orders to specific times! Delivery time is 7 days turnaround for dry goods and when the order does turn up it’s either short of what you ordered. Happy to take money for goods but not provide goods! AVOID!!! Lost 2k’s worth of stock due to their Incompetence and broken promises. Avoid this company!!!”

Hello, Firstly we are sorry about the experience you had with us, looking into your order I can see we clearly failed to meet our own expectations. We aim to ship all orders in 3 - 5 working days. I can see you were on our weekend delivery run, this means that we deliver the items directly to you using our own delivery drivers and not a third party, we understand that some customers prefer getting orders the next working day so that option is available to upgrade to. This means that due to the fact you placed your order on Sunday, there was a wait of 5 days in getting it to you. When looking into your order I can see you were contacted by one of our team explaining that an item you ordered was out of stock, it says in the notes that you were ok with the wait. This item was delivered a few days later direct from the supplier. “I ordered my item on Bank holiday Monday, Asking for deliver on the Thursday of the same week, Lincs aquatics called me to rearrange for a day earlier and found a way to return my delivery charge and allocate my preferred time!! What a joy, my item was 50kg so would have been far too heavy for me to move from the kerbside delivery I had chosen, so helpful, thoughtful and I’’m delighted with my new fish tank, as are its occupants!! Will definitely be going back to them for all of my aquarium needs in future!!!”
