“Ordered fluval c02 system which in itself is a great little system. The shipping was quick and item was well packaged. However the c02 bottle only had 700 PSI instead of 1400. So was half full. I emailed 3 times but no answer. I understand this is a fault with fluval but as a supplier of their goods I think they had an obligation to either supply a new bottle or at the very least reply to my email .”
