“The service is brilliant, when I opened my package which I thought was rather small, I found they had not sent the bag of Pon, I e-mailed straight away and got a reply within 4 minutes, it was sorted out within a couple of minutes and was sent off the next morning and I received the Pon the next day, the pots are nice and sturdy and it's easy to put them together, so now waiting to see how my plants take to their new regime.”

“The base planters (I now have 4 balcony ones as well as a new Trio 40 Stone) are excellent, but some of the smaller parts and accessories are weak. Specifically, the pull-out handles for the "buckets" break too easily with the weight of the soil and plants and the poles on the trellis are supplied as two parts to fit in the shipping box and are held together with a very weak plastic "plug", one of which snapped during assembly.”

“I love these smaller planters for my orchids and I wish there were more colours available like there used to be. My latest parcel was sent quickly and packaged reasonably well but the small box containing a planting plate was squashed. Fortunately the plate inside was OK. I noticed that my order was actually sent by Get Potted and they have free delivery so I was a bit disappointed to need to take the delivery instructions for a minimum order price for free delivery into account from the Lechuza site when ordering. Next time I will check out Get Potted out as well.”

“Lechuza pots are good quality but very expensive. My other reservation is that despite several attempts to call for product advice, there was no customer service AT ALL! Pity!”

“After years of having no houseplants we tried the Lechuza System and have grown and kept plants successfully. With the Lechuza-Pon we have until today no small flies using our airspace ☺️. In summary a not only a good System .”

“I orders 2 x planters from Lechuza and received an acknowledgement. The next email I received was from Get Potted saying my delivery was on its way! Slightly confused as no further correspondence from Lechuza. However, planters arrived quickly, well packaged and are exactly what I wanted. I've had others before and the product is great. The watering system really works and they poly rattan looks great and is durable. Can't fault the product. It would just have been nice to receive an email from Lechuza and not another company/name!”

“Ordered red planter and received a call next day they did not have a red one but offered other colours. Did not want different colour therefore cancelled my order for refund. NOTE i found it on Amazon for £30 less, morel here check Amazon before ordering.”

“I originally purchased the hanging baskets as I am fed up with mine drying out. I am very pleased with them, the reservoir and indicator are great, baskets are blooming. I have subsequently purchased two of the 30cm planters and they are as good.it would be a 5 if it weren’t for the price.”
