Hello, I'm sorry that you have not received your order yet. The lead time for this orange planter is 7-10 working days. We are transferring it from our warehouse in the EU. “I have brought many pots from the Lechuza.co.uk site by paying with credit card for some reason you have decided that you have to use PayPal. The last time I went to buy from the site I couldn’t unless I signed up to PayPal which I did but order never went through. I have since cancelled PayPal because I hate PayPal with a passion as far as am concerned I will not buy from you if it mean I have to go through PayPal to do so.”
