“As off now I've still haven't received my plant pot even tho it's nearly been a month sins I orded it. Still waiting”

“I have not yet received my order after 18 days. It took 10 days to let me know that one product is not available and I was not offered the equivalent product with a granular formulation. I was told 6 days a go that I would receive my order in 2 to 4 days but on querying today was told the order has not been despatched.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us the review. Each Lechuza self-watering planter comes with a small bag of pon which is enough to cover a 1-2 cm layer at the bottom for drainage and for the self-watering system to work. You can use regular compost on top of it or you can buy more pon if you want to avoid using soil. We answer all received emails within 24 hour period. “i have not received any email informing me the shipment of my order. And when i finally received the order, there is missing item. i sent emails to your company and so far no reply from you.”
