“I really like this range of planters . They’re well made, stylish and fit for purpose. They’re un-intrusive but the pearlised rose colour add a lovely contrast to my plants and fits into my decorations. I wanted rose gold but I’ve grown to appreciate the colour and lustre of the ones I received . Rose Gold was not an option . I haven’t purchased their “pon”or growing mediums except when they came with my other Lechuza planters and have mixed it with my own indoor potting compost because I couldn’t afford them. Too expensive for me.”

“Very pleased with my planters and my plants are doing very well as now they are never without water when they need it. I was in the habit of forgetting to water them until they flopped. Now that’s not a problem as I just top up weekly.”

“Excellent well made pot, Classico color 60, very sturdy just the thing for transplanting a Rhododendron into. Service was impeccable on both occasions that I ordered items with good delivery service. Pot will be used outdoors and looks good value for the price compared to other pots available.”

“Fabulous products...have a lot of the Delta planters on window sills. Very well constructed, look stylish and the watering facility has prevented many plant fatalities! Also have about 10 of the balcony planters which were easy to fit and allow a lovely display of trailing geraniums. The inner lining means the plants can be lifted en masse and stored in the greenhouse over winter...saves buying new plants each year!”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us the review. Each Lechuza self-watering planter comes with a small bag of pon which is enough to cover a 1-2 cm layer at the bottom for drainage and for the self-watering system to work. You can use regular compost on top of it or you can buy more pon if you want to avoid using soil. We answer all received emails within 24 hour period.
