Purchased the Antique Brass & Black Floor Lamp at half price, kept informed with timely shipping via DHL. Unfortunately the brass on the lamp was scratched, and of poor quality, wouldn’t have paid full price.

Products ordered were lovely. My only slightly reservation is that one of the glasses was chipped when it arrived (which I understand things happen) and I had to pay for it to be returned. I’m happy to pay for items to be returned, if it’s my choice to return e.g. decided no longer needed. It feels a like unfair to expect the buyer to pay for a return when the product arrived damaged.

Tapas bowls arrived impressively fast and well packaged. They are in individual boxes, which is nice. BUT! The boxes describe them as “retro” and sure enough the pattern is absolutely not like the website image but is in fact a very 1970s style. Nice if you like that style, but not as described on the website.

Had couple of issues with order, first being descriptions of colours of rattan goods and then received the wrong thing which was obviously a picking error. After sales service with latter problem hasn't been so good. Disappointing so doubt I'll order again.

I placed my first order with Layered Lounge recently. I was delighted to take advantage of the sale prices on some of the Christmas items ( for next year). All items were fine apart from the large paper Christmas tree. When I unboxed it, quite a few of the bottom pieces of the tree were bent to one side. I managed to straighten them out when I stood the tree up, so that was okay. However, some of the paper "branches" were also creased. I tried to take a picture of the worst.( Wasn't easy with the tree being white). I reckon the "damage" was down to the packaging. The medium paper tree and paper wreath were in there own boxes, so they were fine. I didn't want the hassle of returning it. When I display the tree, I will do it in such a way as to hide the creases. After the initial excitement of receiving the parcels , it was just a bit disappointing. 😞

The product and packaging are excellent. However the 3 stars because of poor delivery which is the fault of the delivery partner and no response from layered lounge when i messaged about it. I have paid deluvery twice for one item. Delivery with this comapny isnt cheap either. So paid over £10 in delivery for a £17 item

The glaze on The dinner plate was chipped but I’ve had issues with the delivery so I don’t want to return as it’s too much stress it’s such a shame as I love the set & have ordered more but the delivery has taken 2 weeks to date for the top up order. Shame really ;(the box was damaged too I was concerned that the ware would be broken but ok except the chipped glaze on one plate.

Item as shown on web received within reasonable time frame. However let down by packaging. Although the item was received undamaged, this was only due to the larger than necessary outer box with an excessive amount of thick paper around an inadequate box for the item itself. The box foR the item was too small resulting in box splitting such that it served no useful purpose, it should be stronger, bigger with shaped moulded cardboard bespoke protection. ItEm had to be repackaged in another mobre suited box with wood strand protection.

I have ordered from layered lounge twice now. the first time I ordered faux peony bouquet. As I unpacked the flowers and put into my vase. Some of the leaves fell off. The 2nd time I ordered a ratan tray which was beautiful and a lantern. But the brass lantern was very badly made. It was ashame because it was everything I wanted but the defects were just too bad to keep. On top of that I had to pay 5.25 to return a faulty product which I think is ridiculous.

Be careful when ordering I had accidentally missed two items off my initial order and had no way of contacting company to add them therefore had pay for delivery twice.which was annoying .the goods were good quality and came promptly.

Arrived well packed and on time. However only 3stars as two strands of pine garland were lying loose. I will bind them back on but at £32 each I had expected better.

Hi, this is an honest review and if you don't wish to publish I completely understand because it is about delivery rather than the item itself. I tried to purchase your large snowflake which looks gorgeous, the cost of the item is £42, while I do feel this is on the higher end, I know that it will be of the highest quality. To deliver to Northern Ireland, the shipping cost is £20 so I had to cancel my order. I have purchased from Layered Lounge before and wasn't charged as much as this. I buy from GB all the time and don't know why your courier is charging so much and I feel that someone should take the time to loom into this. Northern Ireland is part of the UK and while I understand it can be a little more expensive. £20 is on the extreme side. I hope you can find a more reasonable courier for your Northern Ireland customers, Thanks

Lovely and realistic stem and fast delivery but poor packaging which meant the stems came bent; some of the branches looked like it could fall off
