I love our layered lounge crockery. It looks great and works well too. We had quite a few issues with it though as pieces arrived with sections unglazed, broken or with strange additional glazing at the bottom of bowls. When we returned faulty pieces we were charged the delivery fee to return which is not usual practice. If there is a fault with a product the postage for return is normally covered. We have a full set of items now and do like them but given the issues we had I will order from this company again.
