“Decided to update my dinnerware as I’d been using the same one for over 20 years and lost plates along the way . Took a while to find this set to get the colour right. Love the muted grey blue neutral tone. The set is also elegant and stylish and the quality is excellent. Ordering was easy and arrived within a few days.”

“I have been admiring the brass lanterns on Layeres Loung for a long time and so when the sale started at the end of 2023, I took the opportunity to order 2 tall ones, 1 square one and as there were no brass in stock, 2 medium in black, although wanted them all in black. It was clear that orders would only be shipped in the new year so that was fine. I received a voicemail on the 4th January to advise that there was an error in inventory and there were no medium in black but was in brass and asked if i would like to update my order. Perfect! They arrived 2 days later, packaged very safely (though probably not great for the environment) and they look amazing. Now need to decide on the perfe t place for them. Great product, customer service and delivery!”

“In my experience, I find the accessories sold to be of excellent quality and items you cannot always find in other stores in terms of style. I have ordered online several times and delivery is always punctual while being informed of the expected arrival time. In addition, items have always been well packed so that they do not arrive damaged. I wish we had a local store so that I could have a good browse.”

“We were told about Layered Lounge by a friend and would have no hesitation recommending them for something a little bit different and a little bit special. We did have an issue with our order but it was sorted out immediately, (worth 5 stars just for that). The items were exactly as described and very well packed. “Love everything I have bought from Layered Lounge, although I had to return a Christmas decoration which was a bit flimsy and footery, felt the delivery and returns costs could be more reasonable as I paid more than £11 just for postage costs. Would put me off buying from Layered Lounge in the future.”

“Lovely wreath, bought at a great post-Christmas sale price. I'm not sure I would have been happy paying full price as it doesn't quite have the impact size-wise that I would expect from a wreath in that price range nor does it have a hanging loop. That said, the quality is excellent; the leaves have a lovely velvety texture and it has a very realistic appearance. I will look forward to hanging it next Christmas with a good quality velvet ribbon.”
