“Unfortunately DPD delivered my package to the wrong address and failed to respond to my enquiries as nowhere it was. Layered Lounge couldn't supply a replacement as they had sold out. However, they quickly refunded my payment in full. Sincere thanks for their excellent customer service.”

“Extremely disappointed with the service, ordered 2 lanterns which I paid for and were told had been dispatched, even had delivery confirmation from dhl only to be told two days later having them not arrived that I was being refunded (which took a further 2 days). These were presents and I therefore missed out completely. Will definitely not order from you again”
