“I ordered several ceramic tree ornaments and they were lovely just as described. They arrived quickly, unfortunately one had a slight crack in it. They sent a replacement out straight away. Excellent customer service, how a business should be run.”

“Beautiful matte ceramic 3D stars. Simple but beautiful. They came well packaged but if I had a quibble it would be that the second box used was absolutely enormous for the size of the goods ordered.”

“Layered lounge is my new favourite place to shop. My entire house was full of their gorgeous christmas decorations. The customer service is first class and delivery is so quick. I only had cause to raise a minor issue with an item and it was replaced immediately. Great company, would highly recommend.”
