“The products are nice - arrived last week, 11 or 12/6/24, but I ordered them in February! I had to chase my order, to be told they’d be due early May and then, early June. I didn’t mind waiting, but I wasn’t contacted and updated about things. Not good. And you took the money from my card right at the start! I’ve since said no to having marketing emails, as I’m not sure I’ll buy from you again. Sorry, it just wasn’t good service.”

“I bought two large linen table cloths which, very sadly, were stolen from my safe space on delivery. While this is not Layered Lounge's fault, I asked if they could help me with a discount if I bought the same order again. They offered me 20% off which is the same price as is currently publicly advertised in their sale. It felt a bit stingey given my order was for several hundred pounds and they'd already made their margin when I bought them full price (pre-sale). Or perhaps they didn't believe me.”

“i have loved the Pearl tableware which i have been purchaing each month as i hope to have the whole set before i relocate. The quality is amazing and my kids have already commented on what a lovely dinner service it is. Ordering is easy and its all delivered within a few days. packaging is amazing not one breakage so far would definately recommend”

“I bought almost a full set of the Pearl tableware via a friend for my new house. Everyone who saw it thought the bobbles would get chipped off with use but it’s still beautiful. Very hard wearing and not being marked by cutlery. I have since bought additional pieces and can highly recommend it.”
