“Awful experience. Was sent some faux flowers that looked like they were real flowers that had been left to discoloured and die. They did everything to accuse my lighting of being off and for me not understanding their use of the word creamy. Patronising. The owner reached out and said they would be in direct contact. They didn't. I asked for a label to return but was told they could only email one despite me explaining I didn't have a printer. I would never use this company again.”

“Good quality, they are Gorgeous love the texture as it’s Matt finish and beautiful subtle colour and most of all love the way they are shaped. I ordered all three sizes . Larger one you can store flour , sugar in the medium and salt or tea . It’s all fine with the lid.”

“I was sent some obviously light polluted faux flowers and provided photos clearly displaying the problem. The person in chat blamed my lighting so I provided a comparison of a white item alongside. I also pointed out the difference between the picture on the website and what I received. I was then told that they are not meant to be white, despite the description saying white, not off white. The fuller descriptiin does say creamy, but still my flowers are almost beige and bear no resemblence to the much whiter online picture. Poor customer service. I will not be returning to purchase again from this company. They will not be in business for much longer if this is how they deal with obvious quality control issues.”
