“Product was not clearly displayed and I then had to pay for return”

“I’ve had goods previously and they were well parcelled. unfortunately my last items I received were not, this caused the the box to open during transit causing damage to my goods. After emailing and sending pictures I received a refund a little less than expected as for me to return the parcel would be a total inconvenience.”

This occurred due to an error in the address entry, you incorrectly entered your email address instead of your home address. Therefore, DPD could not find your property.
