“Very nicely packaged and quick delivery. Ordered 3 paper stars. Look lovely from afar but quality up close isn’t great. Some torn bits and other areas just look grubby. Disappointing for the price.”

“Layered Lounge seem to be attempting to capture the home magazine reading middle classes with prices set accordingly. My recent purchase was disappointing and expensive. Delivery charge options were overpriced. Would recommend shopping around for better value.”

“Placed an order and the day it was shipped an email was sent to say that an item was out of stock therefore a refund would be issued. Still waiting for my refund from 10 days ago. Also would not of bothered paying £5.95 for postage for a small roll of Xmas ribbon if I had known the Christmas wrap would of been sold out Still waiting on a reply for this”

“I love our layered lounge crockery. It looks great and works well too. We had quite a few issues with it though as pieces arrived with sections unglazed, broken or with strange additional glazing at the bottom of bowls. When we returned faulty pieces we were charged the delivery fee to return which is not usual practice. If there is a fault with a product the postage for return is normally covered. We have a full set of items now and do like them but given the issues we had I will order from this company again.”

“The decorations that arrived are stunning! I was amazed at the quality and added to that the packaging was also beautiful and sturdy. I’m looking forward to packaging them safely away for next year. Delivery was very prompt too! I will be revisiting.”
