We are really saddened to read your review since our paper decorations are a best selling range and we have sent out hundreds of these pieces. I wonder if I could ask if you have contacted customer services as we would most certainly wish to help rectify any problem you have with our products?

“For the past 2 years I’ve ordered beautiful pieces from layered lounge and will continue to do so. I started with purchasing the entire Perla collection and now I’ve just purchased the entire vela collection. The service is always 100% and there have been times I’ve received damaged items due to the courier and it’s been replaced immediately via next day delivery. I cannot wait to place my next order, as layered lounge always have the best pieces that are sure to turn heads and question where purchased. Sometimes I think should I tell them or just allow myself to know about this Gem of a website.”

“The paper snowflakes do not assemble to look anything like the photo and have started to tear under the tension of being pulled together They were very expensive but will ho in the bin Instructions were too simplistic so not helpful”

“I purchased 2 Leora lamps and 2 alina lamps, both in white. They are beautiful and really high quality. One was slightly damaged on arrival and they quickly replaced it for me via post and were really helpful. Would definitely buy from them again!”
