“This is my second purchase from Kookaburra and I am looking forward to have a long term relationship with you as a customer. First bat for my son turned out to be small so we decided to return that and buy a new one. I am just wondering if you should offer a free return for the customer in case they have a change of mind. So far I have no complaints. Amer.”
