“The service from the very first call to ordering online and delivery was first class. The 10% discount for subscribers helped for this large order. We needed the balls within 5 days for a tournament and the delivery was done within 3 days. Delivery service by DPD communicated well with the delivery slot and delivered on time. Very satisfied and will order again.”

“This is my second purchase from Kookaburra and I am looking forward to have a long term relationship with you as a customer. First bat for my son turned out to be small so we decided to return that and buy a new one. I am just wondering if you should offer a free return for the customer in case they have a change of mind. So far I have no complaints. Amer.”
