“Ordered cricket bag in 14th Dec. I was advised it was shipped out the same day, should have been next day delivery. 10 days later no sign of bag. DPD should have delivered by now even taking into account a few days delay for extra parcels they have had. This was a Christmas present but no bag and no communications from kookaburra or dpd. Not very good customer service, very dissatisfied”

Hi Rob, please accept our sincere apologies! I can see that your order was shipped out on the 16th of December on a next day delivery. We have contacted the courier as there seems to be an issue which has prevented your delivery from reaching you. We have refunded the shipping cost you paid when placing your order and will contact you directly once we receive an update from the courier.
