“Please review and update your delivery policy as sharp knives can be used as weapons. My delivery was left outside my door and although I know you are not the delivery company, you do have a responsibility for the item until it is safely passed on to the customer. When you change your policy please reach out to me and I will change my rating.”

“The box was completely crushed and tatty. It made the knife appear second hand. It was intended as a present but we didn't have time to return it.”

“I can’t rate the knife as of yet as it’s a Christmas present, but I was disappointed in the way in which the knife was delivered…..not boxed,no point protection on the knife and just wrapped in bubble wrap.”

“Fast service and delivery which is good . But unfortunately the product wasn’t the same as in picture. I was after the traditional Swiss Army knife with the grey locking mechanism on side like they advertised but received the modern version .”

“It’s tiny and over priced. It’s hard to hold in an adult hand as it is only about 5cm long. The design of the sharpener and the marketing pictures imply a much bigger object. An image for scale (a adult hand) should be shown. It works though. But you will feel cheated.”

“I ordered this product in an attempt to avoid Amazon. While the product was fine, I felt misled when my product arrived, shipped, delivered and packaged by Amazon. At no point during my time on Koch & Kochin's website was this made clear to me, and I would have ordered elsewhere if it was.”

“The knife set was okay. But it turned up in an Amazon box? I Have since found the exact knife set on Amazon, so I suspect I’ve payed a third party company to order some knives on Amazon for me, which isn’t what I thought I was paying for.”
