“Don't normally do reviews but my business like many relies on good reviews. Noticed some products on their website at very competitive prices and was tempted to order. Every thing was delivered in good condition and promptly in a few separate deliveries. Have placed additional order and again all very good. I had made contact with a member of their support team by email about some additional documentation I required for business items purchased and thanks to Cherri received it promptly by return email. It would be difficult for me to ask for more from a company providing quality products at such competitive prices.”

“Never received my order, has been emailing the company, sending forms, messages on instagram and Facebook and getting ignored everywhere. Ordered a nice set of pans for the new house over a month ago and no delivery, no contact nothing. Took the money and not responding. Clearly a scam.”

“I purchased two cast iron frying pans. An empty cardboard box arrived with a royal mail letter inside. Upon speaking with Royal Mail the box was posted empty and they had informed Koch & Kochin about this with an incident number. I have emailed Koch & Kochin twice and had no response. Currently thinking they are scammers and will be contacting my bank.”
