“I ordered a victrinox pastry knife and received a steel instead, you now expect me to go to the trouble of printing labels sending it back! Why should I! You charged me for delivery for a knife worth £25. I’m not waiting any longer, I’m a chef and needed and still need that knife so I’m calling the bank, reporting you for fraud and getting back my money.”

“Arrived in very good time, I love having the 3 different sized pans. They've worked really well so far and after using a little salt and hot water they've cleaned well. I've used a little coconut oil to season after I've dried them off. Good value for money”
