“The pan looks wonderful, but has not been used yet. The honeymooners are not back home to try out the first pan. The second one is to go to Israel and I haven't yet worked out how to send it. Any advice? Can you send it directly?”

“No way to speak them,I tried many times no phone number. Item has a fault but they just wont call me after I emailed them. Just a cant be bothered short reply. My hands are damaged it is painful to type.”

“Great website and initial process of ordering. Sadly it did not arrive in the three day window that was stated on ordering and no information as to why there was a delay. After two emails asking what was happening and about ten days later it was suddenly out for delivery. Shame no response to emails or apologies for delay, hence only 3 stars.”
