“I ordered a birthday present for a friend on Nov 23. I paid extra for UK Express Delivery, to be delivered the next business day. Her birthday was on Nov 25. It didn't turn up until Nov 28. Even then the courier didn't leave a note to pick up the parcel at the post office. The only reason my friend knew to pick it up was because I gave her the info to track it online. So disappointed in this service. Would not recommend or use again.”

“Delivery was handled well and the condition of the hamper was perfect. One word sums up the contents - Quality. The gift was for my wife and she was full of genuine praise and delight with what she found in the box. I too sampled some of the items and I found them all delicious.”
