“ordered a gift of muffins and cookies, was unable to be delivered on the desired day (Thursday), but redelivery wasn't attempted again until Monday rather than the promised next business day advertised on the tracking. disappointing for baked goods to be kept over the weekend, and not be delivered fresh.. have ordered previously with no issues.. maybe the issue was with the courier..but disappointing.”

“Terrible. Instead of being delivered to the birthday girl in Hampshire it was delivered to me the sender in London. So I got to see what was inside. Not surprised to find the birthday chocolate didn't have her name on it and the cakes were upside down.”

“Good and fast service. It was a breakfast that arrived in the afternoon but anyway its a grate service that was asked from Italy and it was delivered in less than 24 hours to a lost corner of UK. Congratulations for your service!!! it is highly recommended”

“I needed to send a little gift to my grandson for his 18th birthday at short notice. The mug and chocolate idea was perfect, something to open on his birthday. I ordered online via the website 3 days before and the gift arrived the day I requested, packaged well and with a personalised note. Excellent customer service!”
