“Our friends were delighted with the gift we sent them. I was also very grateful for the help I received after I mistakenly used the wrong delivery address, it was amended very quickly for me. However the order was delivered a day late which was disappointing, but not the end of the world, as our friends were happy! Thank you 😊”

“The gift was great and well received. However I'm not sure why I had no choice but to add the age just because I wanted to personalise it with a name. I also find the website a bit hit & miss with navigation, it doesn't always add the gift to the basket, I had to try several times before it worked.”
