“The gift itself was lovely, however I was disappointed with the personalisation… the sticker had clearly been ripped as it was placed on the box and rather than replace with a new one, it was simply repositioned and re-stuck which is not the high quality finish that would have hoped for as the year was clearly visible on the front of the box.”

“I'm quite surprised at how much I paid for this chocolate bouquet only to open it and find the chocolates everywhere! I had to reassemble almost the entire thing myself which is exactly what I paid not to do! And thank goodness this wasnt directly delivered to the recipient as I was considering to do when placing the order.”

“Overall very happy with my purchase! My brother loved the gift. Only thing is that the bouquet of chocolate doesn’t stay together very well so the presentation is a bit iffy. Also very good delivery time :)”

“It was a BREAKFAST basket and I specifically asked for it to be delivered at 8 am, it arrived at 2 pm?? The mugs were a different design than the ones in the picture, the treats and tea were very good tho and great packaging.”
