“Lovely item which I gave as a Christmas gift. Tried to order the rose gold heart but for some reason it didn't go through so had the silver one, maybe an issue with the Web site. I was only charged for the silver one, so all good.”

“I can't praise Julia enough. I ordered 2 items the day after last post on 19th December not realising both items were from the same company. I emailed Julia and she got back to me immediately offering to combine the post. The very next day both items arrived via the Post Office! They were Christmas presents and my wife was delighted by them. Great customer service.”

“My daughter adored her bracelet with a dragonfly attached. She was overwhelmed and then asked if it was part of a collection of Chinese characters eg dragon, rooster etc. I had no idea but would love to purchase a rooster one if available. Just beautiful and I will use this site again.”
