“I am really sorry but my parcel did not arrive. I have a photo of someone receiving it but it was not me. I hope that whoever stole it from me is enjoying it. I am sure it is lovely, after all that is why I chose it. I hope it is keeping them warm and making them feel happy when they wear it. I just wish I could do the same!”

“I didn't receive the item I ordered and paid extra postage to recieve yhe item more quickly, my road name was missing out of my address, the seller Denys fault but because of the missed road name it states it is being returned to sender, when I communicated with the seller she advised she shouldn't be held responsible for an incorrect address with no offer of further help. I have emailed her since and asked if she can take it up with royal mail as it was her postage and should be able to claim back if not received the returned item and unfortunately I have been ignored so lost £26.95 for something I have never received. Very disappointing!”
