“My only disappointment was with Yodel as they emailed to tell me my delivery day saying that they required a signature to deliver. I stayed in waiting but at about 15.00 the parcel was simply posted through my letterbox. I saw the driver from indoors and went to my front door but he didn’t ring the bell and by the time I opened it he was back in his vehicle and didn’t stop for me. Makes me wonder whose signature is on POD? Waste of a day for me too.”

Answered e-mail request for more information, eg re appropriate rail/anchor plugs depending on wall structure and projection of hooks etc. I found the website to be full of wonderful artefacts, but not easy to navigate. Still haven’t discovered how to ‘compare’ for example. But my coat-rail delivered and am delighted with it. Pleased the attaching drill-holes are discreetly covered by a hook. Only sorry it has coats all over it now, and can’t be fully appreciated.”
