“Website v easy to use, pleased The English Sherry Cask available (even the distillery has sold out). Good packaging. Slightly disappointed Parcel Force held it over the long weekend when Evri and others still delivering. I look forward to trying it out and I'm sure the other bottles s will be fine. Thanks.”

“Not too good. Although most of the delivery delay was due to DPD, you could have helped by telling me you had the package redirected to you (remember - we as customers do not have all the tracking details that you as the business supplier do). Why was I not informed (email,txt etc) that you had it. I spent a week chasing DPD (incorrect tracking information) assuming that they had it still . Other than that order was well packed and thank you for the order.”
