“Service from House of Malt was good. The problem was parcel force, which HoM use as a courier. They did not/could not leave the parcel at my front door, so I have had to pay £13 for redelivery. If there could be an option at the checkout to state 'please leave by front door/in porch/at the back' etc, that would be very useful.”

“Excellent service all round. Plenty of communication from the outset, and throughout. Dispatched quickly, and well packaged (little bit of a bend in the lid of the Bunnahabhain tin, but not a big issue for me, the important bit was still intact!) in a quite ingenious bubble packaging. Absolutely wonderful service.”
