“Whisky is great. I purchased 3 bottles of Genmirangie Quinta Ruban. Youe website fooled me into thinking I had not completed my order. I have ended up with 9 bottles of whisky. I would have preferred to order 9 different bottles. Your website needs to be more customer oriented. I am not sure if I will use you to buy any more whisky. I am 82 years of age.”

“So far very impressed with House of Malt. This is my second or third order and each time great communication and delivery. As a rum drinker I was looking for something for relatives who enjoy whiskey. Their descriptions helped loads and matched well. This time I decided to get a bottle for myself and picked up one of their limited edition releases in their newsletter. I initially missed out but got an email when back in stock for the same price. Again description was perfect. I will definitely buy again as great price, perfect description and can find something different.”

“I received the whisky I ordered from HoM swiftly and efficiently. The courier company used was Evri and unfortunately in my area they don't ring the doorbell and just leave the package on the doorstep. The only way you know it's been delivered is when you receive an email saying so. Not the most secure delivery method in my view but I had no issues this time so can't complain.”
