“Top class service. This was probably my second or third order I have placed with House of Malt. The choices they have are spectacular. I normally like to buy a rum that you wouldn’t necessarily find on the high street, and they never disappoint. On this occasion, there was a delivery mishap. However, the customer service was outstanding. A great business doesn’t get that title, just when things go right. They get that title by how they deal with the things that go wrong. And House of Malt just delivered a master class in Customer Service. Can’t recommend this company enough. Keep doing what you’re doing guys. Because you’re smashing it out of the park.”

“Used House Of Malt for the first time. I did not check all of the items for sale on their site as I knew what I wanted as it was a present. However the blended whisky and the overall delivery charge was £6.00 cheaper than a main competitor for the same product, which is why I ordered from them on this occasion. Would definitely consider using House Of Malt in the future for other deliveries of alcohol.”

“I placed an order since 26/02/2025 and still haven’t received my orders. Any company using EVRi delivery service I found a problem, and a worst shipping service an average standard company would use. I normally would avoid retailers using EVRi from my experience. I don’t normally write reviews unless it is outstanding service or one like this service. I wrote to the House of Malt and the reply I received was disappointing and unpromising, something I expected them to have acknowledged and contacted me.”
