“My initial order (online) was for a £60 gift voucher for my sisters birthday, it was supposed to be a physical gift card delivered to her home address; unfortunately it did not turn up so I went into the shop to make some enquiries and was told there had been a glitch with the order, but not to worry as it would be expedited to her along with a free nosing glass for the inconvenience. It duly turned up and she was over the moon. So all in all excellent follow up service”
