“Top notch. I have never had any problems with them. The bottles are beautifully packed in pneumatic containers, so no chance of spillage or breakages. An excellent company all round. They have such a huge store to choose from, suiting all pockets. Thank you House of Malt.”

“Fairly regular customer. Service 5 stars as usual. Ordered Monday afternoon, bottle delivered following day. Not tasted whisky yet, it’s Kilchoman Sauterne 2024 so it will be good.”

“I have only awarded 4 stars, not becuase of HoM, who were excellent, but becuase of their choice of courier - Parcel Force. For whatever reason, unlike every other courier, (though lets face none are particularly brilliant), PF do not push information to recipient. I only became aware of the impending delivery when I got home to find a card stating they'd been and no one was in. They did try again the next day, but my teenage duaghter was unable to get to the door before the driver left, leaving yet another note stating we'd now have to make an hour round trio to collect the item from their depot! Incidentally, the website does cite they will only return items to the depot after a maximum 3 visits... Options and alternatives are not obvious when looking at their website, and you feel like you have to chase them to get your delivery, actually delivered! The upshot, though, is that after looking around their website I was eventualy able to re-organise the delivery, but as I say, it's arrival was as much down to my efforts as theirs, which was not what I thought I was paying for!”
