“My order was stuck with the Post Office for over a week- and I eventually got the message from the PO that it had been "destroyed" !! It certainly had disappeared, but House of Malt rescued the situation as soon as I reported it, and sent me a replacement the next day. Brilliant service. The 21 year old is a wonderful drink - our second bottle!”
