“I treated my pups to the Christmas calendar....wow it was a lovely box full of shampoos and flea treatment and worming, I was very pleased ...well done Herbal, you done it again!!!”

“Great product that works and has cleared up my dogs oily, itchy skin in weeks. VERY overpriced. It's a shame there is no re-fill option.”

Thanks Daveena, we are so glad to hear our products have worked well. We do try extremely hard to keep the cost of our products as low as possible for customers but we are just a small business and have overheads to pay. Thanks for the feedback we will see what we can do in the future xx

“I can't comment because at the moment it doesn't seem to be helping my French bulldog . Also I tried to contact the company before Christmas for help trying to trace my order and they never responded to any of my emails.”

Please let us know if your issue has been resolved. If not we can look into this straight away for you :) If you ever need to trace an order your tracking details are always emailed to you at the time of ordering xx

“One of the best dog shampoo I have ever used, the scent last so long and makes my dogs coats so fluffy and clean looking. Delivery was super quick and the service was amazing very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ordering from this amazing company :)”

“Love the advent calendar. Lots of natural shampoos, wormer and flea treatment. No nasties in which suits my dogs perfectly. The shampoos will be used in my dog walking van for mucky pups with my dog washer. So many scents to choose from.”

“First rate service - fantastic products at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend - the calming tincture has worked wonders for my senior dog with cognitive issues - prior to using Herbal Dog it was a real struggle to find anything that worked the calming effect has been a godsend.”

“OMG the flowerbomb shampoo is just like the perfume I LOVE IT I love all your products iv got an addiction to keep buying more 😜brilliant company all I would like to see is better packaging with you being herbal and for environmental I would love to see shredded paper instead of the polystyrene bits instead”

Thankyou so much for taking the time to leave us amazing feedback :) Our packing peanuts are great for the environment as they're made from starch which can be dissolved in water so its much better than shredded paper! We also have our new boxes being released this month too x

“My pup I believe has a yeast problem, I ordered your yeast pack, and showered her, and have been giving the Herbal remedies too….this is only from last Tuesday 6th….and she is not biting so much and the smell has almost gone too…I’m so so pleased with this company, I can’t recommend enough….”
