“Price was amazing. Enough treats to satisfy my two young spaniels. Delivery was quick. A little mix up with receiving my two packages but nothing that wasn’t rectified straight away. Replied to messages promptly. Would recommend and use again.”

“Paid for 48 hour tracked delivery took about 5 days to arrive and when I asked for a refund on the postage I was told in a polite way that it wasn't their problem. I understand the company doesn't control royal mail however I've had the occasional issue with postage in the past when ordering from other companies and they have refunded me & opened a dispute with royal mail. This is also how we deal with postage issues at the company I work for. I have seen no improvement in my dog from either the shampoo or spray. I dont hold out much hope for the supplement. I feel the customer service has been fairly naff so this has been my first & last order.”

Unfortunately, once a parcel has left our depo, unless it is lost, we are still liable for the postage & I'm sure you can appreciate that as a small business, we are unable to absorb that cost. “Been using the product on my small Jack Russell for a few weeks, it seems to be effective so far, no signs of fleas or ticks & no itching! It also smells nice and a good alternative to heavy duty chemical insecticides that might end up harming bees etc. It should also prove economical as I only use 2 drops per application, v pleased with the product so far”

“Not sure yet on this product as it’s only been a few weeks but I haven’t noticed a difference really my dog is highly strung when someone comes to the door”

Hey Donna, is it the drops or the powder you are using? The powder takes 3-4 weeks to build up in their system, with the drops you need to give these 30 mins before stressful situations. Hope this helps xxx

“Easy to order and well priced products. My goods arrived quickly. Ive only used the shampoo once but seems to be working and smells lovely. The ear cleaner is really good and again smells lovely. I would definitely recommend there products.”

“Absolutely incredible value for money! Our dog eats a lot of natural treats which keeps our vets happy. £30 for a big box of ears, feet, tracheas, hoofs, pizzles….. bargain!”

Hey Miss, if its one of our support powders please bare in mind it takes weeks for the herbs to build up and get into their system. We have seen results from 2 days but it generally takes 3-4 weeks. xxx

“Love the eco packaging! Not been using it for long so too early to say if it works but it smells good, I’ve had no problem getting her to eat her food with it in, & so far no signs of ticks so hopefully it’ll do the trick!”
