“Quick delivery, fantastic product. Smells great and lasted a few days, which I was happily surprised with. I' sure it would last longer if it would ever stop raining and we didn't have such wet, muddy, smelly fields to walk through! Will happily buy this again.”

“Unfortunately both my dogs itched more after I used it and the one of them had soft poo which he never has, won't be buying again.”

“I cannot recommend enough! The powders are chefs kiss!!!! So far I have used the harbacalm and the yeast, the change in my boy is amazing. It's much easier to gain his focus now and his ears and folds have cleared up drastically! Fast delivery, lovely customer service and the tik tok lives are really fun and engaging. Thank you all for all that you do.”

“Got the calming drops bought from tiktok herbal dog, my 10 year old Yorke was a lot calmer after using the drops, I am so glad I got them, also long shelf life so will use new year and next year. Staff are amazing”

“This is fantastic we have been using this product for a few month for our 14yr old shihtzu who lost is hair due to an allergy and we can see improvements of his fur growing back”

“This review does not relate to the products it relates to poor service. Once I have tried the goods I will update the review. Ordered 23.10.2023 received 07.11.2023, 24 hour tracked paid for! 24.10.2023 received an email dispatched. 3 days later as status had not changed (Royal Mail Tracking not progressed from despatched). Tried calling, answerphone advising email, emailed asking what was happening with my order. As no response after 24 hours and having paid with PayPal raised a complaint via PayPal. Email responded to after 48 hours. Got contradictory information in answers from PayPal contact and direct contact with Herbal Dog. PayPal response advised they were busy and I had only paid standard delivery! 30.10.2023 email saying my parcel is with Royal Mail, tracking should update today. Message received via PayPal, your goods will be despatched 1.11.2023! 1.11.2023 checked Royal Mail Tracking, goods still showing as despatched 24.10.2023. 02.11.2023 contacted Herbal Dog, response said, there must be an issue, will contact Royal Mail and reship if they can't tell us where the package is! 03.11.2023 email received informing me Royal Mail can't find the package so they have reshipped a replacement. Goods finally received 7.11.2023, 15 days from date of order. Not the kind of service you expect.”

“This is lovely stuff, my dogs don’t mind having it applied whereas they get upset about traditional types of spot-on treatments. This works and fleas hate it. The spray for bedding is also fabulous. I’m not buying expensive and dangerous chemical treatments any more! I’ve recommended to my friends!”
